Start with Paper Trading
Before you risk a single dollar of real money, you should practice with a paper trading account. Paper trading (also called simulated trading or virtual trading) lets you place trades using fake money in real market conditions. Your orders execute against real prices, and you can track your hypothetical profit and loss.
