Corrective Wave Patterns
After every five-wave impulse, the market corrects. These corrections are labeled with letters (A, B, C) and come in several distinct forms. Corrective patterns are generally more complex and harder to identify in real time than impulse patterns — this is by design, as corrections represent periods of market indecision.
